Diploma
The three-year diploma in nursing education at RMI-SON
is based on the academic competency model. The curriculum
of this diploma program will prepare professional
nurses to use knowledge from sciences and humanities
for making critical decisions and providing holistic
care concerning the physical, emotional and spiritual
well being of individuals, families and communities.
The curriculum is in line with the regulations of
the Pakistan Nursing Council and international standards
for diploma in nursing programs. The entire 3-year
coursework is spread across 6 semesters with credit
hours fixed for classroom and clinical learning working
in hospital and communities.
